ACUTE HEART FAILURE
Dobutacan (Dobutamine) Injection is a synthetic catecholamine used for the short-term intravenous treatment of cardiac decompensation. It improves heart pumping strength and blood flow in adults, and is primarily administered in hospital critical care settings to stabilize patients. Dobutacan Injection contains the active ingredient Dobutamine Hydrochloride. It works by stimulating β₁-adrenergic receptors in the heart, directly enhancing cardiac contractility and cardiac output without causing significant heart rate acceleration.
