Pomalidomide (4 mg) is a third-generation, oral immunomodulatory antineoplastic agent (IMiD) used for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. It is commonly taken with dexamethasone, following failure of prior lenalidomide and proteasome inhibitor therapies.
