MNOPHYLLIN (Aminophylline) Injection is a sterile, nonpyrogenic bronchodilator solution. It is composed of a 2:1 complex of theophylline and ethylenediamine. It functions primarily by relaxing the smooth muscles of the bronchial tubes in the lungs. This widens the airways to improve airflow and breathing.
